Our table plans come in two ways.

You can either have the standard layout showing the people sitting at each table as shown on the picture on the left hand side

Or you can have everyone in alphabetical order (by surname) as shown on the picture on the right

Table plans are all A2 which measures approximately 26 inches high by 17 inches wide. (the same size as 4 A4 sheets of paper)

Our table plans cost £20 without the frame or £30 with the frame (which is hired) or £45 with the frame, glass and table plan for you to keep as a heirloom.

Each plan comes in the colours you require.

The frames are available in silver, gold or black.

Don’t forget that if we are supplying your wedding stationery, we can also put a table plan into each order of service or mass book.

It’s also a good idea to include a menu as well, that way, when the congregation are wondering if the bride is going to be on time or fashionably late, they can both see what they will be getting to eat and exactly where they are sitting.

Font and colour scheme can of course be decided before printing.

Finally.....

From experience; it’s better to get a mock up of the finished table plan in advance, but don’t actually print it until the day before  -  that way, if someone drops out or if someone who couldn’t attend finds that they can, we simply remove or add the relevant name/s as required and the finished plan is perfect for the day.
